The Journey

Three sprints, one outcome

Each sprint builds on the last, moving from validation to launch to scale.

  1. Sprint 1

    Foundation & Idea Validation

    • Build an entrepreneurial mindset and identify real problems
    • Define the ideal customer profile and structure the idea
    • Validate demand through user feedback
    • Build early team and co-founder alignment
  2. Sprint 2

    Build, Brand & Launch

    • Define your unique edge and storytelling
    • Create a brand kit and a working MVP
    • Build a launch-ready website
    • Map the user journey and drive first traction
  3. Sprint 3

    Optimise, Pitch & Scale

    • Refine the go-to-market strategy
    • Build an investor-ready pitch deck and elevator pitch
    • Understand legal and equity basics
    • Use AI tools to enhance product, insights, and branding

Flagship school program

Maker to Entrepreneur

  • 3 sessions plus 1 showcase
  • 5.5 to 6 hours per session
  • Up to 40 students per batch
  • For Class 8 to 12
Weekend bootcamp

Mindset of a Maker Bootcamp

  • 4 sessions plus 1 showcase
  • 2 Saturdays per month
  • 9 AM to 3 PM
  • 16 to 28 students per batch
Single-day immersive

Mindset of a Maker Workshop

  • Problem understanding and lo-fi prototyping
  • Materials, tools, and machine workflow
  • Hands-on build and prototype presentation
  • Facility visit at T-Works
